ZOB-FRB is made of steel plate as the base, bonded with woven mesh covered PTFE soft strip on the surface, and shaped by rolling. The PTFE material on the product surface is reinforced by copper mesh, thus improving the pressure bearing and wear resistance performance. The product is used in automobile door hinges, engine compartments, trunk hinges, wipers and other sliding parts, which can realize oilless lubrication and gapless lubrication rely on elasticity, and produces no noise during use.
